Do not turn. Continue to crochet: sc in first ch sp, *4 dc in next ch sp, 1 sc in next ch sp; repeat from * until the first shell; Join.
Cut the yarn. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Arrange those two edges as shown in the picture, and crochet between them ranges of chains as follows:
Sl st at the beginning of the 5th shells from 1 edge, 40 ch, sc at the end of second shells of the other edge.
40 ch, sc in 3rd st of first edge, 35 ch, sc in 3rd st of second edge.
Make 35 ch, sc in 3rd st of first edge.
For the other ranges make 30 ch between those two edges.
On the last 4 ranges make 35 ch on next two ranges and 40 ch on last two ranges (the last range for first edge is at the end of on second shell and last range for second edge is at the beginning of the
fifth shell).
Cut the yarn. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Make another ranges of chains at the top of the stand to hang out: 40 chs between the first and the last picot, 35 ch closer, between 6 picots from the middle and 30 between 3 picots from the middle.
